/* ═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
THE POLICY DOCUMENT'S STYLES — LOADED BY BOTH PAGES.

   /recommendation-policy renders #policy-doc directly. The landing page's
sheet FETCHES #policy-doc out of that page and drops it into .sheet-bd.
Same markup, two parents — so every selector here hangs off #policy-doc,
which travels with the element, rather than off `article` or `.sheet-bd`,
   which do not.

THIS FILE EXISTS BECAUSE THE ALTERNATIVE DRIFTED. index.html used to carry
its own .sheet-bd copy of these rules, and the moment the policy grew a
contents list the sheet rendered it as "1. 01Status and scope" while the
standalone page looked correct. One copy, both pages.

Sits at the SITE ROOT, next to the landing page's index.html — both pages
ask for it as /policy.css, so one copy serves the root page and the page
   inside /recommendation-policy/.

TYPE IS SET SMALLER THAN THE REST OF THE SITE, ON PURPOSE. This reads as a
terms page rather than as marketing: 13.5px body against the landing page's
15-16px, tighter section spacing, and headings stepped down to match. 13.5px
is the floor — below that it stops being legible on a phone, and a policy
nobody can read is worse than no policy. The measure is in ch so it tracks
the type size: shrink the font and the column narrows with it, which keeps
the line length right rather than stretching it to 100 characters.

Colors fall back to literals so this file does not depend on either page's
   token names.
